A: We only buy houses in areas we know very well and we have extensive experience in this business so we have a pretty solid idea as to where we need to be regarding price.

Q: Do I have to pay any fees or commissions?

A: No, with our cash offer and retail offer programs you do not have to pay absolutely anything, we cover all closing costs and fees. The only things you will cover are your mortgage (if any) and your taxes (if applicable).

Q: Do I need to do anything on my end on this transaction?

A: Not really, we handle the entire transactions and it's a pretty hands off deal for you. The only thing we would ask for is assistance in coordinating a visit to the property and for you to be able to send all paperwork to the title company in a timely manner.

A: Yes! We are licensed realtors in the State of Louisiana and work with independent realtor partners in different States. We´re also direct buyers, we have multiple exit strategies, we may buy the house to fix it and resell it, or fix it and keep it as a rental or we may partner with different investor partners depending on each case!
